As I watch people walk the track for Health & Fitness benefits, I see willingness to want to do right and the effort to try to do right. But many don’t know how to do and still others are led by the wrong pen of knowledge. Thus many become frustrated from lack of achievements. If this is you, that’s ok. We all have varying experiences and expertise. To me, personal training is combining knowledge and skill with willingness and effort to achieve the optimal health and fitness outcome you desire.
